Europe Shipping:
Standard: Large Letter £4.25 / Small Parcel £7.70
Tracked: Large Letter £8.85 / Small Parcel £10.70
Rest of the world:
Economy: Large Letter £5.30 / Small Parcel £9.40
Tracked: Large Letter £10.55 / Small Parcel £15.90
For orders outside of the UK, please note that some orders may incur custom and VAT fees.
Our current dispatch time for an order is 2-5 working days. This can be extended during peak times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to get it within:
UK: 2 business days
Europe: 5-9 business days
Rest of the world: 10-14 business days
(Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
Return & Exchange Policy
At FLAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As we are a small business, we cannot cover any fees for your return at the moment, unless the item was damaged during its delivery.
